Our agency took on a multifaceted role, delivering a cohesive and impactful online presence for the festival that resonated with its diverse audience and amplified its brand identity.

1. Social Media Management:
We crafted and executed a robust social media strategy across all major platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok. Our goal was to engage the festival's target audience, increase follower count, and boost overall engagement. This involved:

Content Planning & Scheduling: Developed a detailed content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posts leading up to, during, and after the festival.
Creative Content Production: Produced a variety of content, including event teasers, artist spotlights, behind-the-scenes footage, and real-time updates during the festival.

As Marketing Manager, White Canvas Athens was responsible for crafting and implementing a strategic marketing plan that would enhance the festival's visibility and drive ticket sales. Key activities included:

Brand Strategy Development: We refined the festival's brand positioning to align with its core values of inclusivity, creativity, and innovation.
Digital Advertising: Managed paid media campaigns across social platforms, Google Ads, and other digital channels. These targeted campaigns were designed to maximize ROI and attract a diverse audience.
Collaborations & Partnerships: We identified and established partnerships with key brands and media outlets to expand the festival's reach and create meaningful engagement opportunities.

3. Content Creation:
White Canvas Athens provided end-to-end content creation services that brought the festival's vibrant atmosphere to life online. This included:

Photography & Videography: Captured high-quality images and videos of performances, art installations, and crowd interactions, which were used across social media and the festival's website with Iasonas Panagoulopoulos' help.
Graphic Design: Created visually compelling graphics and promotional materials, including posters, banners, and social media visuals, ensuring consistency with the festival's branding with Elsa Sturm as lead designer.
Written Content: As the festival's copywriter, we crafted compelling narratives for press releases, blog posts, artist bios, and promotional copy, capturing the essence of the festival's unique offerings.

4. Online Media Coverage:
To ensure Voés Festival 2024 garnered extensive online visibility, White Canvas Athens provided full-scale media coverage:

Live Coverage: Managed live social media coverage throughout the festival, sharing real-time updates, and audience reactions to keep the online community engaged.
Press Relations: Coordinated with online media outlets to secure coverage before, during, and after the event. This included drafting and distributing press releases and coordinating interviews with key festival figures.
